A computer and LCD projector will be provided for each conference room. If your proposal is accepted, you will be required to bring your presentation on a USB drive storage device to the conference. No CDs or private laptops will be allowed without prior permission from the Programs Chairperson. This is to cut down on the time needed for a speaker to set up and vacate the conference rooms and decrease AV problems associated with switching equipment. Poster presentations need to bring all materials, including a presentation board, needed to display their poster; once room assignments or poster location assignments have been made they can not be changed without the permission of the Programs Chair.
