DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE
Evergreen Rehabilitation is a long-term care rehab provider, with over 800 employees in 13 states. To maintain our focus on quality while experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE.
This position will perform onsite quality assurance review, training and updates with site Rehab Directors, for both start-up and established programs. It will assist Regional Directors, by working with facility Rehab Directors, to adopt corrective actions, as indicated from GiftRAP reports and other facility performance reports. Position will assess and implement continued need for training using indicators such as: Company Compliance Hotline Survey/patient care issues Facilities under Focused Medical review or ADRs RUGS review Facility Visit Reports below threshold
Ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Therapist with SNF/LTC compliance and documentation experience, as well as expertise in researching data, developing programs and training others on meeting compliance standards.
The position will report to the CEO. Extensive weekly travel is required. Ideal candidate will be based in Louisville, KY, or be willing to relocate.
